The client understands and agrees that the total invoice amount (bill value) will include the GLAARUS OVERSEAS CAREERS consultation fee and the applicable service tax (18%). However, the refund would be calculated only on the GLAARUS OVERSEAS CAREERS consultation fee.

All the documents submitted to Glaarus will not be returned as we never need the original papers to be sent out to our office, we would certainly require the scanned/photo copies of the real documents to complete the procedure. The applicant undertakes to meet such requirement as desired by the concerned immigration/other authorities, and failure to provide such funds by the applicant shall not make Glaarus Overseas Careers liable for any refund of the service charges or part thereof. Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
The client fails to get the required score in IELTS/French to meet the eligibility criteria and as advised by the Company consultant.
There would be no refund if the client abandons his / her case within 3 months from the date of registration. (Non-communication with your Process Consultant for a period of 3 months shall also be deemed to be abandonment). And doesn't respond to the mails and calls made by the company for more than a month
Falls short to fulfill the language proficiency requirements as pointed out in the pre registration report
If the applicant corresponds directly with any type of Assessment body, at any time of phase until and unless the candidate is authorized or given written grant for doing so.
Tries to malign with the name of Glaarus in what so ever condition, which tampers the performance of Glaarus or track record
If the applicant backs out because of personal reasons.
If the applicant fails to prove that he/she does not have sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance for his/her relative, included in the application form.
Prior infraction of any immigration or visa regulation by the client or any of his/her relative included in the application.
If the client/applicant who opt for/ changes for other country process and therein visa gets rejected due to any reason then he/she is not eligible for refund.
If the applicant backs out because of personal reasons.
If the applicant does not provide all the required documents within the stated time from the date of his/her registration, which is typically within one month.
Review report is done on the basis of information given by client/applicant. if the information is incorrect and he/she is ineligible for the process then the company is not responsible.
Applicant who wishes to transfer their file from one country process to another country process can not withdraw his/her file at any stage of the process once accepted the terms of the company. Applicant/client is not entitled for refund for any reason including his/her visa rejection for the changed country.

The application or processing fee paid to visa authorities or any other institution is the liability of the client and is not included in the service charges of Glaarus Overseas Careers. Glaarus Overseas Careers will not entertain any claim of refund in case of rejection.
Applicant approves that the migration process includes showing of sufficient funds, which varies from 1 to 15 lakh (if dependents are taking a trip then it will certainly boost) which is agreed to and registered, and these could be needed for a particular period which might vary from 1 to 12 months, any kind of failure of showing the same while applying will certainly result in the application being denied or not approved. In this case client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees previously paid as the first installment or any other part payment to Glaarus Overseas Careers.
Client also understands and accepts that no refund or transfer of Glaarus Overseas Careers fee to a friend or a relative will be done in the event he or she abandons his or her application or decides to drop out due to any reason, during the proceedings after he or she signs-up and also agrees and accepts that no refund or adjustment of Glaarus Overseas Careers fee will be done in the event he or she abandons the original service/process he or she has signed-up for and decides to switch over to another service/process with Glaarus Overseas Careers or opts for immigration to a different country.
The client will inform Glaarus Overseas Careers about every news involving a change of housing/mailing address, educational/specialized credentials, change of matrimonial position/ service or company, newly born kids or any police/unlawful case-after the submission of the petition, and while the processing is going on till the time of the discharge of Permanent Resident Permit. The client's inability to do the same will only show that no refund at all is outstanding of any advisory charges given to the immigration consultancy.
IELTS Responsibility:

(a) The client will appear for an IELTS/French Test and achieve a minimum individual total of group in every given four appraisal factors-read, write, speak & listen–as appropriate for him/her and as per the requirement of the Visa Issuing Authority/Assessment Body. The client thoroughly realizes and concurs that his petition cannot be submitted–minus the necessary IELTS/French total–and no reimbursement of the advisory/consulting/ secretarial services charges offered to Glaarus Overseas Careers will be outstanding or settled, in a situation wherein he fails to attain the required IELTS/French total. (b) The client shall also make certain that–in case married or in any relationship which is acceptable to be considered as dependent – the spouse or the acceptable dependent/s appears for an IELTS/French test and offers a report with minimum score as is appropriate on the basis of the decided SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT with Glaarus Overseas Careers. The client fully understands and concurs that his petition cannot be presented, minus the needed IELTS/French points of the marital partner even while no compensation of the advisory/consulting charges given to Glaarus Overseas Careers will be claimed or made in a situation wherein he fails to receive the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT prescribed IELTS/French total of the marital partner. The said test–together with the associated report–is necessary towards the documentation for wedded clients, though the client may not ask for points for the qualifications of his partner. (c) It is the applicant’s responsibility to score a required band in the test. If the candidate fails, then he/she can request for more time and re-write, yet this inability to comply with a criterion on which the company has got absolutely no command should not be a factor on refund as the company has actually worked with everything else.

The client will confirm to the Glaarus Overseas Careers, in case he/she is keen to use the alternative services of a global authorized assignee (Embassy/Consulate/Language test conducting centers/Health check conducting centers, etc.), and also make additional payment for such services to Glaarus Overseas Careers, as duly arranged and decided under the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT inked separately with the client. Any online payment will not contain fee owed to such global authorized assignees (Embassy/Consulate/Language test conducting centers/Health check conducting centers, etc.)–and in each and every situation–will not be given back.
Glaarus Overseas Careers has not offered any sort of assurance, advice or pledge on work assistance or job assurance, following an approval for permit, and after landing for any given overseas country. No compensation will be claimed of any advisory/ consulting/secretarial service charges offered earlier to Glaarus Overseas Careers by the client on the ground that Glaarus Overseas Careers has been unable to offer a job guarantee abroad.
There are certain countries which have a cap system, and hence the approval of Visa/Green Card/Permanent Residence is subject to the cap not being reached for that year. The client may have the required points as required by the immigration authorities of the specified country, but he/she still may not get the Visa/Green Card/ Permanent Residence if the cap has been reached for that year. Failing to get a Visa/Green Card/ Permanent Residence because of the cap limit cannot be a reason for claiming refund, and client fully understands the same.
Any fees paid to Glaarus Overseas Careers are for the provision of the Service/s listed on our Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services using one of our accepted payment methods.
Glaarus Overseas Careers is not a part of any government authority/organization or embassy. We are a Private Limited company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advice people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department in respective country.
Client agrees and acknowledges that the company doesn't suggest or force any service/product/visa etc. and the pronouncement of a particular service/product/visa etc. is client's individual decision and cannot be at any time assumed to be a company judgment. Company markets all the products and educates all the opportunities from which, the client without any external pressure agrees to have decided on this service/product/visa etc..
Glaarus reserves the rights not to provide a refund as each of our policies is according to this agreement. Refunds if given will certainly be refunded within 90 days after you have filled in the refund request form and provided evidence of being rejected if any kind. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that you will not request a chargeback under any type of condition. Refunds for payments received will certainly be given out as a company cheque. The refund cheque will certainly be made payable to the person on the order form and sent by mail to the address indicated on the order form.

The jurisdiction of civil court and all other court is expressly barred for adjudicating of the disputes arising out this contract except referring the dispute to the arbitrator. The fee of arbitrator shall be paid by the parties to the contract equally irrespective of the fact whoever may approach for arbitration.
Applicant accepts that recording voice or video's in premises of Glaarus Immigration service Pvt Ltd is unauthorized. Glaarus is free to take any legal action for an unauthorized behavior of Applicant.
Applicant who paid part payment and have not signed the service agreement will not be eligible for refund which he paid to the Glaarus Overseas Careers as per the online terms and conditions.
The User/Subscriber/Visitor to www.glaarus.com and/or its affiliated websites does hereby specifically agree that he/she shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made there under, while assessing or uploading any documents or providing any information into the website of Glaarus. he/she shall alone be responsible for all his acts, and alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.

By making payment for our services, (through cash, cheque, online transfer or part payment etc.) the applicant/client agrees to abide by terms and conditions as set out here. Glaarus reserves the right not to provide any service without the client agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out here.
Glaarus will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to a delay in the visa process due to circumstances outside of our control.
Glaarus will eventually create a mail id on behalf of the client for the Express Entry profile, Job search and Job Bank Account or else can access the Mail ID of the client who has already completed with any of the above mentioned process with full authorization until they get visa.
